Fighter Pilot: Operation Red Flag

Yesterday, August 11, we went to Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo® located at 3701 S 10th Street, Omaha, NE 68107. It was my first time to be there with my husband and a closefriend and we indeed had fun. We arrived on that place at around 10:15am and to tell you we went out at about 5:15 in the afternoon. That means we were there almost 7 hours. Can you be there that long? But we did. First, we went to Lozier Imax Theater and watched the Fighter Pilot: Operation Red Flag. I will going to share to you about this show and for the next activities inside the animal city, i will detail in my next posting.

Fighter Pilot: Operation Red Flag was the feature film showing only this August 9 to 17. Red Flag is the international training exercise for air forces of allied countries where many of the world's best pilots meet for the most challenging flying of their careers. Red Flag is the final training for pilots and their aircrews before being sent into actual combat. Follow pilot, John Stratton, as he makes his way through this extraordinary event held in the desert of Nevada. In honor of Air Force Week, this film is free for active military, active guard and active reserve and their immediate households (2 adults and dependent children 20 years of age and under). The film is open to the general public for the 2D admission price. Anyone wishing to visit the Zoo must pay general admission.

We indeed had fun as if were part of the show...its exciting and thrilling and its great! Watch the show!
